Sabu-hit or Sabu, is a bull Malaysian Elephant that was born in the wild in Malaysia in 1988. He is currently at the Cincinnati Zoo with three other elephants. Sabu was captured in 1988 and went to other zoos in Louisville, and the Dickerson Park Zoo in 2002. He arrived in Cincinnati in 2007. He has two deceased offspring, Ganesh with mate Jati, and Nisha with mate Moola.
